Crystal Palasek is the owner/winemaker of Lost Fawn Winery. A passionate winemaker with a love for local agriculture and a mission to empower others, Lost Fawn Winery offers a unique experience that celebrates community, quality, and inclusivity. This wine enthusiast's wine-making began over eight years ago, fueled by a love of chemistry, a deep connection to the land, and a fascination with the rich history of winemaking. This initial spark has blossomed into a dedication to creating a symphony of flavors that caters to diverse palates. Lost Fawn Winery boasts a variety of exceptional wines, from bold reds to crisp whites and refreshing various fruit wines, each one a testament to Crystal's creativity and commitment to quality.

She is so passionate and driven about what we have achieved with farm-to-glass. This experience has only strengthened her resolve to create a space that celebrates diversity and empowers other aspiring female winemakers by becoming the State of Michigan's Second Black Licensed Female winemaker.
